Most women suffer from premenstrual syndrome to a greater or lesser extent. Only a limited number of women are entirely free of symptoms. The number of symptoms differs from person to person and also the intensity of the symptoms is different.
When you go searching for symptoms of PMS on the internet, then you’ll find the following symptoms: mood swings, dejection, irritability, anxiety, tension, loss of self control, depression, aggression, nervousness, listlessness, concentration disorders, sleeping disorders, acne, stomach pain, back pain, tension in the breasts, increased appetite, headache, a craving for sweets, …
The majority of the symptoms disappear with LTA. Therefore we can conclude that the majority of the symptoms stem from the subconscious mind, more specifically from subconscious programmings or ‘patterns’. For more information on patterns, you can go to LTA view on man and LTA Personal Growth.
I (Linda Evans) don’t have enough experience with all the symptoms. Everything psychological can certainly disappear. Lots of physical symptoms as well. I don’t know whether all symptoms are the result of patterns and whether consequently all symptoms can disappear with LTA therapy. In many cases menstruation pain can also disappear partially or entirely with therapy. Not always in the short term indeed.
When you’re treated for one symptom, then a great many of other issues will get better as well. This is not because these issues are interconnected, but because lots of issues are affected simultaneously.
