Letting go of the past

Letting go of the past is something which can be achieved easily and in the short term in a majority of people with LTA therapy. It takes a long time of therapy in a minority, but results will always be achieved.

Painful memories from the past are stored in the subconscious mind, which is present in and around the person in the form of a light matter. So, a painful memory consists of a light matter. An LTA therapist can locate an event in the subconscious mind and destroy it. Sometimes it’s a little more difficult than this, because a series of events are involved and a great deal of subconscious matter can be activated due to this event, which can’t be removed just like that. This is certainly the case when someone belongs to the group of people who progress slowly (25% of people).

Programmings in the subconscious mind that prevent someone from letting go of the past, such as: ‘the past is important’, ‘you can’t let go of it’, ‘don’t forget what happened’, ‘you continue to be haunted by it’, … will also be removed apart from removing traumas in the subconscious mind. As well as grief, rage, frustration, fear, shame, guilt, etc. that is linked to the past. For more information on LTA therapy, go to LTA Personal Development.
